Pay Rate: $27- $27.50/hr

About the Role:
Are you a skilled clinician passionate about family-centered care? As a Family-Based Clinician, you'll provide high-quality mobile therapy to children, adolescents, and their families in their homes and communities. You'll have the opportunity to lead clinical services, supervise counselors, and make a lasting impact using evidence-based, best-practice approaches in a supportive, mission-driven environment.
What You'll Do
Clinical Leadership & Therapy:
- Provide individual and family therapy services in home and community settings.
- Conduct crisis assessment, stabilization, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Develop and implement treatment and behavior management plans in collaboration with families and providers.
- Maintain timely clinical documentation, authorizations, and billing records in compliance with agency standards.
- Coordinate care with community providers and multidisciplinary treatment teams.
- Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and program development initiatives.
- Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and required compliance documentation.
What You'll Bring
- Master's degree in a clinical discipline (Clinical or Counseling Psychology, Clinical Social Work, Human Services, etc.)
- Two semesters of formal, supervised clinical practicum experience during graduate training
- 2 years of behavioral health experience working with children and adolescents
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Professional licensure (LPC,LCSW,LMFT) OR clinical certification is preferred but not required
