This is a full-time, on-site role based in St. Louis, MO, for an Operations and Service Manager. The Operations and Service Manager will oversee daily operations including managing customer service, coordinating logistics for golf car rentals, leading and supporting the service team, and ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, supervising equipment maintenance, resolving customer inquiries, and implementing processes to optimize service delivery. The individual will work closely with other teams to meet organizational goals and maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction.
- Leadership and management skills, including the ability to guide, mentor, and develop teams.
- Experience in operations and logistics management, with a focus on ensuring efficiency and effective resource coordination.
- Proficiency in customer relationship management, problem-solving, and handling inquiries or complaints professionally.
- Knowledge of equipment maintenance, inventory management, and technical troubleshooting for vehicles or similar products.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines.
