We are seeking a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in San Luis Obispo!
Join Developmental Specialty Partners (DSP Health) and help transform the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and developmental needs. We provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in clinic, home, school, and telehealth settings across the Central Coast in California.

Your Impact as a BCBA:
- Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), intakes, and progress reviews
- Create individualized treatment plans with families
- Implement skill acquisition & behavior reduction programs
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and therapists
- Mentor and lead Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Support the development of social, emotional, cognitive, language, and adaptive life skills
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential
- Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field
- Experience writing FBAs
- Experience with ASD, developmental disabilities, and ABA therapy
- Livescan DOJ/FBI background clearance & TB clearance
- California residency (or ability to relocate)
