Your Role as a New Graduate BCBA:
- Provide clinical oversight for clients receiving 1:1 ABA therapy
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA), intakes, and progress reviews with guidance from experienced team members
- Develop individualized treatment plans alongside families
- Implement evidence-based skill building and behavior support programs
- Collaborate with families, educators, and therapists to ensure progressMentor and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, language, and life skills in clients
Requirements:
- BCBA credential (newly certified welcome!)Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related fieldExperience with ASD, developmental disabilities, and ABA therapy
- Livescan DOJ/FBI background check & TB clearance
- California residency (or willingness to relocate)
