Direct Support Professional- Overnights Part Time

$20/hour | Paid Training | No Experience Needed
ABiLITY is currently hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals for overnight shifts—including both awake and rest (sleep) positions.

Schedule & Shift Type
Overnight Shifts Only (must be available between 10 PM – 9 AM)
- Awake Overnight (active support)
- Rest Overnight (sleep shift with on-call responsibilities)
- Must be available to work every other weekend
Pay
- $20/hr – Standard overnight
- Overnight rest shifts include designated hours of rest (12 AM-5 AM) with a reduced hourly rate during that time. Full details can be provided during the interview process.
No Experience Required
We provide paid training certifications, including:
- CPR / First Aid/AED
- Medication Aide (L1MA)
- Crisis Prevention
What You’ll Do
- Provide overnight supervision and support
- Assist with bedtime/morning routines
- Ensure safety and comfort
- Respond to needs during the night
- Complete simple documentation
What We’re Looking For
- 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Must have state minimum auto insurance
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable, caring, and willing to learn
