Job Duties:
- Provide quality care to adults who have intellectual disabilities/Autism.
- Assist program participants with activities and personal care.
- Provide job coaching to job seekers (ACRE training provided)
- Transport individuals to community activities, volunteering and/or leisure activities.
- Maintain detailed documentation using an electronic documentation system
- Administer medications as outlined in participants’ ISP. (Medication Administration training provided)
- Effectively communicate concerns to other team members and/or participants family members
Requirements:
- No experience necessary - paid training is provided. Must be 18 years or older and valid driver's license is required.
