In this role, you'll combine leadership, relationship-building, and hands-on program oversight to ensure individuals are supported in safe, stable, and person-centered homes where dignity, dedication, respect, and choice come first.

Schedule: Typical schedule is Monday–Thursday; position requires flexibility to meet program needs, including evenings, weekends, and on-call responsibilities.

Compensation: $60,750-$66,825/year

You'll take the lead in overseeing Host Home services and building strong, person-centered supports that truly reflect each individual's goals and preferences. You'll partner closely with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary teams to help create living environments where people feel safe, valued, and at home.

You'll also work directly with Host Home providers (independent contractors), offering guidance, oversight, and support to ensure they are confident, qualified, and aligned with program expectations. At the same time, you'll monitor services, maintain compliance with regulatory requirements, and ensure documentation and program standards are consistently met.

When challenges arise-whether it's a provider concern, service gap, or crisis-you'll step in with a calm, solutions-focused approach to ensure continuity of care and the well-being of those you serve. Your ability to anticipate needs, coordinate care, and maintain provider coverage will be key to keeping services stable and effective.
