Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, stable, welcoming home
- Offer a private bedroom and shared living space
- Support daily living activities based on individual needs
- Encourage independence, choice, and self‑determination
- Assist with personal care, routines, medication support, meals, household tasks, community engagement, skill‑building, and transportation
All supports follow person‑centered practices and HCBS Final Settings Rule requirements.
Requirements
- Age 21
- Own or rent a home meeting HUD, CDPHE, and DDRC standards
- Provide a private bedroom
- Pass background checks
- Complete required training
- Maintain contractually required insurance
