Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Store Clerk to manage inventory operations, including receiving, stocking, and distributing materials. This role supports daily storehouse activities and ensures accurate inventory tracking under general supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments
- Organize and store materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records using software systems
- Conduct stock counts and prepare reports
- Assist with shipping, ordering, and stock rotation
- Follow safety protocols and handle equipment as needed
- May oversee junior staff or assist in correctional facility settings
Qualifications:
- 1 year of storehouse, inventory, or warehouse experience preferred
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, inventory software)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift/move materials and operate basic equipment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
