Pay Range: $26 – $33/hour (with benefits)

Responsibilities

- Collaborate with social workers and mental health professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Maintain accurate records in EHR systems to track client progress and outcomes.
- Lead group sessions, promoting peer support and shared experiences among participants.
