We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist with strong typing and 10-key skills to support high-volume data entry, document validation, and quality control processes. Medical experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- High-speed manual data entry (15,000 key strokes per hour).
- Validate incoming documents, classifications, extracted data, and redactions.
- Perform metadata indexing from digital documents.
- Conduct quality control on digital document conversions.
- Validate check data, reconcile batch totals, and analyze check distributions.
- Review digital checks for accuracy (payee, date, signature).
- Correct automated extraction errors (CAR/LAR).
- Maintain productivity, accuracy, and error-free performance.
- Complete paperwork accurately and follow established procedures.
- Adapt to changing situations and perform repetitive tasks while meeting production standards.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of related data entry experience.
- Typing speed of 45 WPM and 10-key experience (10,000 KPH required).
- Familiarity with personal computers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
Preferred
- Medical/healthcare experience (not required but beneficial).
Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Experience:
- conducting UAT and supporting production migrations: 8 years (Preferred)
- SQL, data analysis, and system integrations: 8 years (Preferred)
- BA within Asset Management / Investment Management.: 10 years (Preferred)
- recent CRIMS & CRPM (Mercatus) Private Markets modules.: 5 years (Preferred)
- trading, portfolio mgmt, compliance, performance & risk: 6 years (Required)
