We’re seeking a reliable and customer-focused Area Customer Service Coordinator to support daily operations across multiple locations. This role involves providing high-quality service in mailroom operations, print production, and office support. You’ll assist teams at various sites, fill in for absences, and ensure service standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations for contracted services at multiple sites
- Deliver and sort mail, manage print jobs, answer phones, and handle toner changes/service calls
- Provide excellent customer service, adapt to changing needs, and remain calm under pressure
- Assist with onboarding, process improvements, and operational compliance
- Travel between locations as needed (mileage reimbursed)
- Use Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint for daily tasks
- Lift up to 50 lbs and walk between buildings for deliveries
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary education preferred)
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and clean driving record
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, standing, and walking
