Responsibilities:
Job Description Director IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager
- Lead enterprise IT operations across Cloud, Network, Service Desk, End-User Support, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and IT Service Management.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for AWS cloud environments, including provisioning, IAM, monitoring, capacity, governance, and cost optimization.
- Lead cloud migration and modernization initiatives, coordinating internal teams, professional services, and managed service vendors.
- Manage enterprise network and telecommunications operations, including LAN/WAN, wireless, Internet, remote access, DNS, load balancing, and unified communications.
- Oversee F5 BIG-IP, Cisco Meraki, Cloudflare, Auth0, Active Directory/Entra ID, and related network and identity services.
- Lead the IT Service Desk and End-User Support organization, establishing KPIs for response, resolution, backlog, first-contact resolution, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage major incidents, escalations, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and post-incident reviews for critical technology outages.
- Direct infrastructure operations covering compute, storage, VMware, operating systems, backup, monitoring, disaster recovery, and high availability.
- Support Cohesity, VMware vSphere/vCenter, Dynatrace, Microsoft 365, GitLab, and enterprise infrastructure platforms.
- Partner with Cybersecurity, CIO/CTO, and architecture teams to maintain compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and Mississippi ITS security requirements.
- Oversee vendor and managed service provider relationships, including performance management, escalations, SOWs, procurement, renewals, and contract compliance.
- Establish ITSM governance for Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, Request, and Service-Level Management.
- Develop and maintain Service Catalogs, SOPs, dashboards, executive reports, and operational documentation across IT service domains.
- Coordinate compliance assessments, audit artifacts, vulnerability remediation, security documentation, and disaster recovery activities.
- Prepare weekly executive status reports, participate in IT leadership meetings, and support staff hiring, interviews, and workforce management for infrastructure and client support teams.
