Overview
You will be working as a full stack developer as part of the Good to Sign (GTS) team in Client 360 technology. You will work as part of an agile/XP team, using test driven development, pair programming and other XP practices to build maintainable software. The GTS team build services to streamline Know Your Client (KYC) compliance and integrate into the wider sales process, to better service our clients by providing rigorous controls and reducing lead time on new deals.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $125,000 to $203,000. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. - Partner with the Business to define, design, and deliver key product features

- Oversee and enhance the Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline and support the production environment (DevOps)
- Lead by example in applying Test Driven Development, Pair Programming, and other XP practices
- Collaborating with platform and engineering leads to ensuring alignment with strategic technology initiatives
- Work closely with control stakeholders to ensure solutions meet regulatory and operational standards
- Provide technical direction and mentorship across squads to support quality delivery and continuous improvement
- Kotlin development, or experience in Java/Scala and a desire to cross train
- Experienced using agile development practices to develop exceptional, robust software,Test Driven Development, Acceptance Testing and Pair Programming
- Experienced in Object Oriented or Functional Programming using Test Driven Development
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication with teammates, users, and stakeholders
- A practical, user-focused mindset -not every problem requires a technical solution
- Empathy and collaboration - understanding users’ perspectives and supporting team challenges and goals
