Overview
You will be working as a full stack developer as part of the Good to Sign (GTS) team in Client 360 technology. You will work as part of an agile/XP team, using test driven development, pair programming and other XP practices to build maintainable software. The GTS team build services to streamline Know Your Client (KYC) compliance and integrate into the wider sales process, to better service our clients by providing rigorous controls and reducing lead time on new deals.

What You'll Do
Write robust, well tested software and ensuring simplicity in our codebase
Work with the Business to define and build the product
Work full stack with emphasis on the server side (Kotlin)
Manage Continuous Integration/Delivery pipeline and the production environment(DevOps)
Test Driven Development, Pair Programming and other XP practices
Skills You'll Need
Kotlin development, or experience in Java/Scala and a desire to cross train
Experienced using agile development practices to develop exceptional, robust software; Test Driven Development, Acceptance Testing and Pair Programming
Experienced in Object Oriented or Functional Programming using Test Driven Development
Skills That Will Help You Excel
Clear and open written and verbal communication with teammates, users, and stakeholders
Willingness to work with users to solve problems, not every problem requires code to solve
Empathy to understand the user's perspective and respecting teammates challenges and constraints

It is the Bank's expectation that employees hired into this role will work in the New York office in accordance with the Bank's hybrid working model.

The salary range for this position in New York City is $100,000 to $142,250. Actual salaries may be based on a number of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate's skill set, experience, education, work location and other qualifications. Posted salary ranges do not include incentive compensation or any other type of remuneration.
