Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Attorney located in Hackensack, NJ. The Associate Attorney will handle a variety of tasks, including providing legal advice, conducting legal research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role involves significant interaction with clients and requires a thorough understanding of labor and employment law.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
- Ability to provide sound Legal Advice and conduct thorough Research
- Strong Negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey (New York admission is a plus)
- Experience in employment law is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
