Position Summary: The Retail & Branded Merchandise Specialist is a customer service forward position servicing the patrons that are coming into the DSO Apparel store to buy merchandise. This position should be knowledgeable with the DSO brand and familiar with the items we carry.

Position Summary: The Retail & Branded Merchandise Specialist is a customer service forward position servicing the patrons that are coming into the DSO Apparel store to buy merchandise. This position should be knowledgeable with the DSO brand and familiar with the items we carry.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
- Greeting Patrons with a smile
- Welcoming them to look around
- Cash and credit handling.
- Stocking merch and keeping the store tidy
- Knowledge of our apparel and branded items
- Opening and closing duties before and after concerts, and other times as assigned
- POS (Point of Sale) experience
- Retail experience
- Organizational and display experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Successful experience working in, and contributing to, a collaborative, team environment
- Ability to act independently, take initiative, and meet changing priorities.

Additional Information:
- This is an hourly, non-union position.
- Successful candidates must be available to work a varying schedule, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of the DSO’s performance schedule.
- All positions at the DSO require the successful completion of a background check prior to beginning employment. A criminal record does not automatically disqualify candidates.
