Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and welcoming Front Desk Agent to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this energetic role, you will deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, and ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality management, possesses excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Duties

  • Greet guests warmly with a friendly and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression
  • Manage guest check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions
  • Operate multi-line phone systems, answer calls promptly, and direct them appropriately
  • Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the system
  • Provide comprehensive guest services, including concierge assistance, local recommendations, and special requests
  • Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all communication reflects our commitment to hospitality excellence
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs swiftly

Skills

  • Strong background in hospitality management and hotel operations
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction
  • Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests
  • Experience in front desk operations, including reservations, check-in/out, and guest services
  • Knowledge of hotel management systems.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and interpersonal interactions
  • Previous hotel or resort experience is required.
