We're a busy, growing HVAC company based in Waterford, MI, and we're hiring a Warehouse Worker to keep our parts, equipment, and trucks stocked and organized. You'll be the backbone of our operation: when the warehouse runs smoothly, our techs and installers hit their jobs on time with everything they need.
What You'll Do
- Receive, check in, and organize HVAC equipment, parts, and materials
- Pull and stage equipment and parts for the next day's installs and service calls
- Load and unload trucks; keep install kits complete and ready to roll
- Track inventory, flag low stock, and help with counts
- Handle warranty parts returns and keep paperwork straight
- Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized
- Occasional parts runs to supply houses and job sites
What We're Looking For
- Reliable, on time, every day: this role keeps the whole team moving
- Able to lift 50 lbs and stay on your feet
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking
- Forklift experience a plus (we can certify you)
- Interest in HVAC is a big plus: many of our techs started in the warehouse
