HVAC Install Lead

Run the install crew. Build systems you're proud of.

We're a busy, growing HVAC company based in Waterford, MI, and we need an experienced HVAC Install Lead to run our installation crews. You'll take jobs from the load calc to the final walkthrough: quality installs, clean job sites, and happy homeowners.

What You'll Do

- Lead residential and light commercial installs: furnaces, A/C, heat pumps, ductwork, and IAQ equipment

- Run your crew's day: assign work, set the pace, and keep jobs on schedule

- Handle gas piping, venting, electrical hookups, refrigerant charging, and startup/commissioning

- Train and develop install helpers and apprentices

- Do the final quality walkthrough with the customer on every job

- Flag and solve problems in the field before they become callbacks

What We're Looking For

- 4 years of HVAC installation experience (residential a must, light commercial a plus)

- Experience leading a crew or ready to step up into a lead role

- EPA 608 certification required

- Michigan Mechanical Journeyman license a strong plus

- Comfortable with sheet metal fabrication, brazing, and low-voltage wiring

- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
