JOB SUMMARY
Assist with all Aquatic operations of the Athletic Department in such a manner to ensure the highest level of success
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist H & W Director with supervising of dress code, safety issues and cleanliness of the pool and family locker room. Report anyone consistently breaking house rules
Assures that customer service standards are consistently attained pertaining to Members and guests
Provide daily private swim lesson report including amount billed and number of trainings to H & W Director
Provide complete biography of his/herself, and availability
Handle any emergencies that may arise and complete all necessary paperwork
Complete all administrative tasks given by the H & W Director
Provide information about swim lessons and events to members
Makes' recommendations for maintenance, repair and upkeep of the pool, its equipment and other areas of the club
Leadership by example, displayed in work and attitude
