Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Strategy
• Assist in communicating with ICOs as instructed by MHL Data Analyst and MHL Operations Manager
• Prepares correspondence and documents as needed for the MHL program
• Communicates difficulties to the supervisor
• Create letters to ICO’s and/or participants, as well internal emails and correspondence to DAAA departments such as MIS and MHL Treatment staff
• Create a report for each bill
• Submit processed bills for review
• Files MHL documents and provides clerical and administrative support to MHL Staff
• Reconcile billing
• Reclassify cases as needed
