What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Loss Contents Claims Specialist position at Detailed Inventory?
Evaluate, document and photograph all damaged contents within the structure.
Inspect and record the damaged and /or destroyed personal property, both residential and commercial that has sustained fire, flood, mold or storm damage. Work in a team environment to solve problems when researching contents, as well as seek aid from supervisor. Working in harsh environments that are severely damaged by fire, water, etc.
Provide excellent customer service to meet the needs of the client, Public Adjuster, insurance carrier and all other internal and external customers. Requirements: Demonstrated ability to manage and work with other people. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language to communicate with others, in person, on the phone, and by written communications in a clear, straightforward, and professional manner. Detailed oriented with respect to the documentation of all contents. Ability to sit/stand/walk for prolonged periods of time. Must have own transportation and ability to travel to different jobsites on Long Island and 5 Boroughs of New York City
Salary : $40,000 - $52,000
