Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in the signage and branding industry. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple installation and production projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage signage and branding projects from planning to installation
- Coordinate with clients, installers, designers, and production teams
- Create and track project timelines, budgets, and materials
- Ensure quality control across all stages of production and installation
- Handle site logistics, scheduling, and travel coordination when required
- Solve on-site issues quickly and efficiently
- Maintain clear communication with internal teams and clients
Requirements
- Proven experience in signage, large-format graphics, or branding industry
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable with fast-paced, on-site, and travel-based work
- English speaking (required)
