The Cabinetmaker, Woodworker, and Finisher will join a skilled medium-sized team dedicated to crafting both custom furniture and mass production projects. This role involves hands-on work using traditional hand tools, power tools, CNC machinery, and spray finishing equipment, delivering high-quality wooden products with an emphasis on fine detail and durable craftsmanship. Occasional travel to client sites or workshops may be required to support project completion and quality assurance.
Responsibilities
- Assemble cabinets and other furniture pieces accurately and efficiently
- Perform detailed woodworking, including cutting, shaping, and joining materials
- Apply finishes to wood surfaces, ensuring smoothness and durability
- Prepare raw materials and components for assembly and finishing
- Inspect finished products for quality and compliance with specifications
- Maintain and service tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to guide production
- Repair and refurbish damaged furniture components as needed
- Manage inventory to ensure sufficient supplies and materials are available
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years experience in woodworking

Salary : $45,000 - $65,000
