Key Responsibilities
As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you’ll be the go-to expert ensuring our building systems run smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your day-to-day will include:
- Maintaining HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
- Performing hands-on repairs and upkeep across the facility
- Supporting compliance efforts with federal, state, and local regulations
- Identifying and resolving safety hazards
- Managing inventory and vendor relationships
- Documenting work in our CMMS system and keeping operations transparent
- Collaborating with a team that values professionalism, safety, and continuous improvement
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of facilities maintenance experience
- HVAC service and repair experience (including heat pumps)
- Strong client-facing communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical inspections
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
