What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Technician position at Allied Emergency Veterinary Service?
We are adding to our expanding organization a part time Facilities / Maintenance Technician! This is a hands on position and works individually to accomplish maintenance tasks in our 6 locations in Brooklyn Park, Minneapolis, Eden Prairie, Hugo, & Rochester MN and Eau Claire, WI.
Primary responsibilities will be routine maintenance and response to urgent building leads.
- Maintain buildings as needed. Anticipated needs include routine maintenance
- Respond to emergency situations as needed such as roof issues, sewer issues, mechanical issues, electrical issues, IT issues, Internet issues, etc.
- Anticipate future needs to prevent emergencies
- Snow and lawn care as needed
- Previous experience in building maintenance is preferred.
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
