If you're the kind of person who can juggle a ringing phone, a walk-in customer, and a scheduling question all at once — and still come out smiling — we want to meet you. Destiny Water Adventures is looking for a Reservationist to be the friendly, organized face (and voice) of our Fort Walton Beach operation. You'll be part booking agent, part retail associate, part information desk, and all-around people person. No experience needed — just bring the personality and we'll handle the training.

What you'll be doing:

• Handling reservations for boat, jet ski, and jeep rentals — in person and over the phone
• Greeting guests with a warm welcome and answering questions about our services and packages
• Processing payments and keeping paperwork accurate and organized
• Assisting customers in our retail store with merchandise and gear
• Coordinating scheduling to keep rentals running smoothly throughout the day
• Jumping in wherever the team needs you — this is a everyone-pitches-in kind of place

• Organized and detail-oriented — you don't let things fall through the cracks
• A strong multitasker who stays calm and focused when it gets busy

Pay based on experience, plus daily cash tips and commission. Fluent in Spanish? There's extra compensation in it for you.
