We are looking for Dockhands and Hut Staff.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor as they arrive at the dock.
- Provide information about available boat and jet ski rental options, packages, and safety guidelines.
- Efficiently handle the rental process, including completing necessary paperwork, verifying identification, and processing payments.
- Instruct guests on the operation and safety features of rented boats and jet skis.
- Ensure all rental equipment, including boats and jet skis, is in good working condition.
- Conduct pre- and post-rental inspections to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Assist guests in boarding and disembarking, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Enforce safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff.
- Foster a positive and enjoyable atmosphere by delivering exceptional customer service.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information about additional services or activities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the dock area.
- Assist in routine maintenance tasks, such as fueling, cleaning, and organizing equipment.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years old or older.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.
- Physical fitness and ability to lift up to 50lbs.
- Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- Demonstrates consistent reliability and punctuality in all responsibilities and commitments.
- Must be able to work full long days, up to 12 hours in the sun.
- No experience necessary!
Pay $13-$15 an hour and is based on experience, plus tips and commission.
