Key Responsibilities:
- Process weekly payroll
- Maintain accurate employee records and timekeeping data
- Handle payroll taxes, deductions, and compliance reporting
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Reconcile bank statements and company accounts
- Prepare financial reports
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years Experience with Quickbooks Required
- Capable of working in a fast pace environment preferred
- Previous 3 to 5 years experience in Full charge bookkeeping and payroll
- Knowledge of payroll regulations and tax requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Must possess strong analytical skills
Pay: $70,000.00 per year
