What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Resident Manager for Condo Association position at Destination Maui Inc.?
Assistant Resident Manager
Reports directly to the Resident Manager.
Assists the manager with swimming pool maintenance.
Assists the Manager on facility inspections (buildings, storage areas, etc.) during pest control.
Assists the Manager in planning, implementing and scheduling projects and ordering supplies and equipment.
Assist the Manager in administrative duties, coding & uploading invoices, weekly property reports, interacting with contractors/vendors.
Is responsible for professional appearance of landscape and building infrastructure.
Sees that work is completed in a timely manner with a minimal impact to owners and guests.
Maintains proper safety procedures.
Interacts directly with guests, residents, and owners on matters of maintenance, House Rules and Security.
Works on special projects as needed and will be scheduled for weekend work.

Pay: $25.00 - $25.01 per hour
