Primary Responsibilities

• Clean and service guest rooms, cottages, suites, hallways, and assigned public areas according to resort standards
• Change linens, make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure guest rooms are clean and welcoming
• Inspect, fold, organize, and distribute linens to appropriate areas
• Operate laundry equipment and assist with laundering and maintaining linens as needed
• Report maintenance concerns, damaged items, and safety hazards promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of housekeeping storage areas and carts
• Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and safety standards
• Maintain a neat, professional appearance and provide friendly service to guests and team members
• Work efficiently both independently and as part of a team to meet daily room readiness goals

Qualifications

• Previous housekeeping or hotel experience preferred but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Must be authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
• Frequently bend, stoop, kneel, reach, push, pull, and twist
• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 25 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Ability to push and pull housekeeping carts, linen carts, and equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive motions, including vacuuming, dusting, and bed making
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions when servicing cottages and resort properties
