Responsibilities
- Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, and online platforms with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Assist clients in selecting accommodations, travel options, and additional services tailored to their needs
- Confirm bookings accurately, update reservation systems, and manage modifications or cancellations efficiently
- Provide expert guidance on resort amenities, local attractions, and travel itineraries to enhance guest experiences
- Maintain detailed records of all reservations, special requests, and customer interactions for quality assurance
- Collaborate with resort staff and travel partners to ensure availability and smooth coordination of bookings
- Address customer inquiries promptly, resolving issues or concerns with a positive attitude to foster satisfaction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service within the hospitality or travel industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Office, Teams
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Passion for delivering outstanding hospitality experiences and exceeding guest expectations
- Familiarity with hospitality software platforms is preferred but not required
- A proactive attitude with problem-solving skills to handle unexpected situations effectively
Pay: $24.50 - $25.00 per hour
