Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a Sales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and promoting FleetHub.AI solutions. Your daily tasks will include managing customer relationships, providing sales consultations, training clients on product features, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and service.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively connect with clients and address their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to build, manage, and grow relationships with customers.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to ensure clients can effectively utilize the solutions provided.
- Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Proactive approach to identifying opportunities and a results-driven mindset.
- Familiarity with the logistics, transportation, or field service industries is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
