Cheyenne Mountain Resort opened in 1985 and sits on 25 acres of land. The 4-Star Full Service property is nestled in the lush greens of Southern Colorado Springs and oversees impressive mountain views, along with exciting activities like golf, swimming, and tennis. These allow for the unique experience that you can only get at this resort.

Hourly Rate: $15.16 plus tips

Position Overview: Longboards Snack Bar Attendants are responsible for submitting guest menu selections and presenting these food and beverage preferences. They will prepare food and beverages in accordance with menu standards and will handle payments. This is a seasonal position that requires open availability, including weekends and holidays.

Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Provide a welcoming and clean environment for guests
• Greet guests promptly and courteously as they walk up to the snack bar
• Create a positive experience for all guests and exceed expectations when possible
• Follow Hyatt Standards in service
• Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
• Obtain and submit food & beverage orders from guests using POS system
• Adhere to all safety and health company requirements
• Ensure opening, ongoing, and closing side work is complete
• Assist in assembling food orders once prepared by the culinary team, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to guests
• Collect used baskets and trays around the pool complex
• Assist with setting up for Member events at the pool
• Handle payments accurately using POS system
• Take food and beverage orders around the pool area when business levels permit
  
  

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old
• A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
• Refined verbal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift, pull, and push a moderate weight (about 25 pounds)
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
