The Outlet Supervisor supports daily operations of the food and beverage outlets in our hotel, and leads front-of-house team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences. This role balances hands-on floor leadership, team coaching, cash/shift controls, and service execution to ensure brand standards, speed of service, and revenue goals are met.

Located in the heart of downtown Tempe near Mill Avenue and ASU, Tempe Mission Palms blends Southwestern hospitality with elevated service and vibrant dining experiences. Our F&B outlets serve guests, locals, and groups with craft cocktails, seasonal menus, and thoughtful service—day and night.

Qualifications
- 1–2 years of hospitality experience in a high-volume restaurant, bar, or hotel outlet preferred.
- 6 months in a lead/supervisor/key-holder role or strong shift lead responsibilities preferred.
- Working knowledge of POS (e.g., Micros/Simphony/Toast), cash handling, and shift controls.
- Valid Food Handler’s Card and Responsible Alcohol Service certification.
- Strong guest recovery skills, communication, and team leadership.
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods; lift/push/pull up to 25–50 lbs; bend, reach, and stoop.
- Ability to work AM and PM shifts, depending on business needs.
