About the RoleWe are seeking a Business Development Director – QSR to drive strategic growth with major QSR partners across North America. This is a remote role with regular travel to customer locations, deSter manufacturing facilities, and regional offices. You will play a key role in expanding our footprint, deepening customer relationships, and leading commercial initiatives.
- Drive profitable growth with major QSR customers.
- Manage and build a strong sales pipeline with clear action plans.
- Lead commercial negotiations and collaborate with key internal stakeholders.
- Deliver regular forecast reports and weekly performance insights.
- Achieve targets for revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to improvements in commercial processes and go-to-market strategy.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and customer account plans.
- Ensure accurate execution of contract terms, including delivery and payment conditions.
- Guide direct reports in managing accounts and customer interactions.
- Strengthen customer relationships through proactive communication and insights.
- Identify new opportunities and emerging customer needs.
- Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Work closely with product management, customer service, and operations to deploy customer-specific solutions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in Economics or related field.
- 10 years of sales experience with major QSR ideally within packaging.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
- Customer-centric mindset supported by strong analytical and organizational abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft 365; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
