What are the responsibilities and job description for the Patient Registration Representative position at DeSoto Memorial Hospital?
Interviews patients and/or families to complete the registration process for admission to an emergency, inpatient, and outpatient admissions.
This is a fast-paced position in our Emergency Services and Registration Department. The hours are variable and will cover days, nights, and weekends. Our ideal candidate will be flexible and have exemplary customer service skills.

Responsibilities include collecting and verifying patient information, accurately entering data into the system, processing payments, and ensuring all required documentation is completed thoroughly and efficiently.
