A partner hospital located near Columbus, GA is seeking a compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Associate Veterinarian to join their team in a multi-doctor practice . Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship-Based Care : Serve patients and clients with a compassionate, relationship-based approach to provide the best care possible.
- Team Collaboration : Collaborate closely with the clinical team and leadership to ensure the smooth operation of the practice and the highest quality of patient care.
- Community Engagement : Build and grow relationships within the local community as well as within the practice.
- Support Staff Development : Encourage the growth and development of support staff through the internal LevelUp training program .
- Varied Caseload Management : Manage a range of cases, including surgeries and appointments, during the practice's open hours.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
- DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college, or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program.
- Active license in good standing to practice veterinary medicine in the state of Georgia (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong clinical skills, including small animal medicine , surgery , and dentistry .
- Excellent communication skills and a desire to form lasting relationships with clients and staff.
