Job Description

Responsibilities
- Maintain pools, spas and water features for estates and commercial properties.
- Activate and winterize pools, spas and water features.
- Repair and maintain pumps, motors and supply lines.
- Communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
- Prepare and present small proposals.
- Help manage and lead technicians
- Maintain a current and clean MVR
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Customer service
- Punctual
- One-year experience in the pool/spa, pond, and/or water feature industries
- Sales Experience
- Leadership Skills
- Pool maintenance: 1 year (Required)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required)
