**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windshield Replacement Technician to join our team. As a Windshield Replacement Technician, you will be responsible for replacing damaged windshields on a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest standard of quality and safety and perform Lane Departure Warning Calibrations.
**Responsibilities:**
- Replace damaged windshields on various makes and models of vehicles.
- Inspect vehicles for additional damage and recommend necessary repairs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
- Proven experience as a Windshield Replacement Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
- Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for windshield replacement.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Experience with ADAS calibrations, preferably Autel
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Certification in windshield replacement or automotive glass repair.
- Prior experience working in a similar automotive service environment.
ADAS certification a plus
