**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Windshield Replacement Technician to join our team. As a Windshield Replacement Technician, you will be responsible for replacing damaged windshields on a variety of vehicles, ensuring the highest standard of quality and safety and perform Lane Departure Warning Calibrations.
**Responsibilities:**
Replace damaged windshields on various makes and models of vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for additional damage and recommend necessary repairs.
Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing any questions or concerns.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and customer satisfaction.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience as a Windshield Replacement Technician or similar role.
Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
Ability to use specialized tools and equipment for windshield replacement.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
-Experience with ADAS calibrations, preferably Autel
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Certification in windshield replacement or automotive glass repair.
Prior experience working in a similar automotive service environment.
ADAS certification a plus
