In this Senior Project Management role, you will lead the successful delivery of complex and large-scale site/civil projects while overseeing multiple project teams and supporting overall excellence in project delivery. The Senior Project Manager serves as a senior-level point of contact for key client relationships and plays a critical role in mentoring staff, strengthening team performance, and contributing to further business development efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-level technical oversight across multiple projects, ensuring design quality, constructability, and alignment with regulatory requirements
- Review and guide complex site design elements, including grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway systems across a variety of project types
- Oversee the preparation and finalization of engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents to ensure consistency and quality across teams
- Lead and enforce QA/QC processes across projects, reviewing work produced by Project Managers and their teams to reduce risk and maintain standards
- Oversee the successful delivery of multiple projects and project teams, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, budget, and client expectations
- Foster a collaborative and accountable team environment, promoting strong communication, trust, and performance
- Lead and oversee multiple project teams, including Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, and engineering staff
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while maintaining accountability for overall team and project outcomes
- Actively contribute to business development efforts, including identifying opportunities, supporting pursuits, and helping secure new work
Preferred Qualifications
- 12 years of experience within the land development/site civil engineering field.
- Colorado-based experience preferred
- In possession of PE
- A Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
- Experience in AutoCAD, or Civil 3D.
- Have a passion for collaboration throughout the design and execution of projects.
- Experience leading and mentoring junior engineers in land development/site civil.
