Responsibilities
Candidate will be required to study for and successfully pass the Virginia Property and Casualty insurance exam within the first 30 days of employment.
Client Assistance: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with inquiries about their insurance policies, claims, and coverage options.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
Policy Management: Accurately process policy changes, renewals, and cancellations to ensure up-to-date coverage for all clients.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to improve overall service operations.
Communication: Cultivate strong relationships with clients through effective communication and unparalleled support.

Requirements
