Responsibilities
- Customer Interaction: Communicate empathetically with policyholders to resolve their inquiries and concerns about their insurance policies.
- Policy Assistance: Provide assistance to clients in understanding their policy terms and conditions, as well as the claims process.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of customer needs.
- Problem Solving: Address and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary.
- Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of our service quality.
Requirements
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service is required.
- Property & Casualty insurance license required (will consider assisting the right non-licensed candidate).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities are essential.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to address customer inquiries and issues effectively.
