Duties:
- Inspect floral products during receiving, production, and post-production stages
- Verify quality standards including packing, stem count, and overall product condition
- Identify and document any quality issues, discrepancies, or trends
- Provide real-time feedback to production when immediate action is needed
- Label and track products with quality concerns to ensure visibility
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Record and report quality data using internal systems
- Support quality testing initiatives such as vase life and product evaluations
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
