Plastic Surgery Front Desk Receptionist
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for patients at Designer Plastic Surgery and plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, professional, and luxury-focused experience. Key Responsibilities
- Patient Greeting & Check-In: Welcome patients with professionalism and genuine warmth, ensuring a seamless check-in process.
- Phone & Digital Communication: Answer incoming calls, texts, and emails promptly; provide accurate information about services, appointments, and practice policies.
- Scheduling & Calendar Management: Coordinate consultations, procedures, and follow-up appointments with precision and attention to surgeon/nurse schedules.
- Financial Coordination: Collect deposits, explain payment options, and process transactions discreetly and accurately.
- Marketing: help promote and build brand through organic, community outreach, social media, and other digital medias.
- Patient Experience: Anticipate patient needs, maintain a calm and reassuring presence, and uphold a luxury service standard throughout the visit.
- Office Organization: Maintain tidy reception and waiting areas, manage patient intake forms, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and office protocols.
- Collaboration: Support clinical staff with administrative needs and contribute to smooth office flow during busy surgical and consultation days.
Qualifications
- Prior front desk, medical office, or luxury service industry experience preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury medical environment.
- Proficiency with scheduling software, EMR systems, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
