The Senior Event Manager – Miami is a high-level operational leader responsible for planning, managing, and executing complex, high-touch destination programs and experiential events in the South Florida market. Key Responsibilities
Program Planning & Execution
• Lead end-to-end management of assigned programs from contract handoff through post-event reconciliation
• Manage multi-day corporate programs, incentives, and experiential activations
• Develop detailed timelines, run-of-show documents, staffing plans, and logistics schedules
• Oversee onsite execution, including load-ins, rehearsals, events, and strike
• Anticipate challenges and resolve issues calmly and decisively in real time

• Serve as a primary client contact for program execution
• Lead planning calls, site visits, and onsite client interactions
• Ensure client expectations are met or exceeded at every phase

• 7–10 years of experience in event management, DMC operations, or experiential production
• Strong experience executing programs in Miami / South Florida
• Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-day programs and complex logistics

• Confident onsite leader with a calm, solutions-oriented mindset
• Ability to travel and work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by programs
