The Role
This is an independent contractor role with fully remote flexibility to design your schedule. Using our structured system and full training, you will create digital assets, lead clients through information interviews and support their learning from award winning personal and leadership development programs. You will operate independently while utilizing our proven system, digital tools, and ongoing training.

Your Day-to-Day
- Engage with prospective clients through digital platforms and professional outreach
- Respond to inquiries, schedule information interviews to assess client readiness – no hard sales
- Provide program information
- Maintain organized follow-up and communication processes
- Participate in weekly virtual training and development sessions
Ideal Candidate
- 5-8 years’ experience in adult training, business consulting or career coaching
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills, comfortable with presentation and video conferencing
- Seeking Growth and Change: Desire for work-life alignment, personal and career growth outside corporate or institutional frameworks
- Professional, self-motivated, open to learning new digital tools
Compensation
This is a performance-based compensation model with scalable earning potential. No base salary provided. Results will vary based on individual effort.
