- You will work under the guidance of senior analysts and managers, contributing to complex financial projects.
- The role is focused on developing a foundational understanding of the business and its financial drivers.
- You will be responsible for ensuring accuracy and precision in data and reporting.
- Consolidate and analyze financial data, including income statements and budgets, from various sources.
- Prepare and summarize data into sophisticated reports to communicate the company's financial status and risks.
- Assist in developing financial forecasts and models, and support the annual budget process.
- Analyze deviations between actual performance and financial plans, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Drive initiatives and policy development to enhance financial function processes and reduce waste.
- Provide support and analysis to finance managers and senior leadership as needed.
- Advanced Excel proficiency: is essential.
- Experience with financial software applications or ERP systems (like Sage 100) is a plus.
- Strong data manipulation and interrogation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication: (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- A strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data.
